They get two sides (an appetizer and a dessert). They can have any two of these possible items: applesauce, carrots, grapes, fries, pudding, jello, or cookie. I may have missed an item or two.
They can choose some dessert options from the kids' menu, usually ice cream, pudding or a cookie. See the above post: the kids menus says they can pick two "sides," but one of these will count as dessert if they want to choose a dessert item.

Thanks! I that is what I wanted to to know because at some places there is a bakery and I wondered if that was an option. But I guess not It was the first year or so.
If the CS doesn't have a child's menu then your children can order off the adult menu. There are only a few places left that don't have a children's menu.
I haven't found any CS that have ice cream as a dessert for children. Nala must be thinking of Main St. Bakery or another place that doesn't have a children's menu.
The kids menus (for the parks at least) are in the QSDP kids credit sticky at the top of this forum, and they list the sides that are available at each restaurant. They also have the menus from the CS locations that only have adult menus. (With the exception of Main St Bakery - because their menu varies so much day by day)
