Are there any places near DLR (walking or cheap rideshare) where I could pick up a decent dessert to take to a BBQ?

Porto's in Buena Park is well known and will soon have a location in DTD. As of now, you'd need to get a ride there. It's about a 9 min drive according to Google Maps. You can order online for pickup. https://www.portosbakery.com/locations/?exp91=v1
