Where did this ride go into?

I am trying to figure out my plan of attack. How long would this attraction take? Is there a preshow, movie and then ride?

I was thinking that if I went to Rip Rocket first and then this ride next or maybe this one first.

Am going mid July and honeslty never saw the movie so am clueless!

The Jimmy Neutron attraction used to be in the building that's now Despicable Me.
