Desperately seeking answer for pin code that we received???

I sure hope that we didn't screw up a wonderful pin....We are planning a trip in May with myself,hubby,and 2 boys + sister in law and brother in law and their families. We called Disney to check if maybe there was a pin attached to our names..We all went together a few years ago.No pin attached to my name but there was for my sister in law!!! They told us we could use the pin for 3 rooms. 40% of rooms at value,mod,or deluxe. Wonderful pin!!!!!!!
NOW MY QUESTION.....
The Disney rep said we should go ahead and book something even if we make changes later so I went ahead and booked us for 3 rooms....Later that evening after we all discussed it we decided to change to a value resort as money is kinda tight for all of us and hey we are just happy to be at Disney!
When I called they said that the deposit has to be made within 7 days...That is going to be a problem that quickly for all of us..
Does anyone know if this ressie is cancelled in 7 days will I be able to book again with the pin code in a few weeks when we all have our deposit...or will we have lost the code????? We have waited forever for a pin code.......Thanks so much for any help.....

I would call back & ask Disney if it will be a problem. Tell them that you won't be able to come up with the $600 for the deposits (on 3 rooms worth of packages).

OOOOHHHHH, another option is to change the reservations to ROOM ONLY. That way you only have to put down a deposit of 1 night's stay for each of the rooms. At a value that might only be about $300 total!!!!! Later, you can go back and add the package options, when you have more money to apply to the reservations!!!
