Okay, I KNEW there would be something I would forget...and here it is. We leave early Monday morning and I forgot to order Earplanes for children online. Now there is no time. Can anyone tell me what chain stores sell them? I've tried Walmart, Target, Walgreens, and CVS (called them). They all carry the adult ones but no one seems to have the childrens ones. Know where I can find them? What chains by you carry them? THANKS!

I forgot to order them too last time we flew. I was lucky enough to find them at one of the shops in the airport. They didn't seem too much more expensive than I had seen online. So check the the giftshops in case you can't find them before you leave. Have a great trip!

Thank you so much! I just jumped on to check if anyone had replied! I will definitely check the shops at the airport. No luck finding them here so far...

I don't know where you live, but I've bought them at the Meijer stores here in Ohio and I saw them at the AAA office that I stopped by the other day to get our pass for the diamond parking.
HTH!

what are those???

I was in Sam'sClub this morning and went down and aisle that had two sets of them. Sorry, I'm not sure if one was adult/one child or if both were adult-sized, but you might try there. Good luck! :)

CVS and Rite Aid both carry them and do do Target.

I bought child's earplanes at CVS. Maybe you could check there in case the person you talked to on the phone didn't know?

We also bought ours at the airport, but I believe I have seen them in our WalMart and CVS.

What are earplanes?
Can it help with pain for 2 and 3 year olds, or are those ages too young?

many thanks!! :sunny:

Did you try Ekard? I have also seen them in the airports. I am also think that you should call the stores back, the person you spoke with may just not have felt like checking.
The ear planes are great!! I have very sencitive ears and I think they work realy well. As for my little guys the last time we flew my oldest was a little over a year and hated them. I had to do Motrin for him. Benedral was a nightmare....It made him nuts!!!!
Good luck on your flight and have a blast!!!! :rotfl:

Hope you were able to find them and that you are having a FABULOUS time! Can't wait to hear all about it when you get back :woohoo:

Q: What are EarPlanes?

A: EarPlanes are a patented pressure-regulating earplug inserted in the ear to help reduce discomfort often associated with air travel. They were developed by Cirrus Healthcare Products LLC in conjunction with the House Ear Institute in Los Angeles, and have been tested by US Navy aviators at the Miramar Naval Air Station in San Diego. The US Food and Drug Administration has designated EarPlanes as a "class 1" medical device, and as such, they may be purchased over the counter without a prescription.

good to know...

 I get the child size ones at Eckerds too. The trouble is they can be hard to find. Some places stick them with all the other ear plugs, some put them with the smaller size travel stuff and others stick them with the Dramamine & all. For your best bet ask the pharmasist and if they are no help ask someone working the aisles.

Good luck on your trip :goodvibes
