Desperately need help with Mickey Seashell design

I really need some help cleaning up a design. I'm not very good at this. I am trying to make this design to include on top of a photo of me and my fiance for our save the dates.

I'm tying to get it to look like this with the filing in all the outlines in white and then the rest of the space to be transparent. I tried to fill in the mickey head in white.

Could anyone please help me clean up this design so that it looks like the top design only better with the mickey head completely in white? It would mean the world to me!
