Desperate for ADR for Cape May Buffet 10/3

One of things we most want to do on our trip is eat at Cape May Buffet for the clambake dinner. I have had no luck except for an 8:15 seating and that is just too late for us. If anyone has a cancellation on Friday 10/2 any time earlier I would be thrilled if you could let me know. If not, do you think we could just show up and have any chance of getting in? Thanks!!!

There were a lot of empty seats when we were there earlier this month for breakfast. And I remember going last year for dinner and there were quite a few empty tables at that time too--and we had 5:30 ADR's.
