What do you use more?

I only use a Desktop. I've had a couple of Laps but I seem to have very bad luck with them, they keep breaking down, and the repair cost rivals that of a new machine. So now I stay exclusively with a desktop.

I use my laptop.

I have a desk like one of those hospital desks so I can roll it over my bed and work.

The desk top hasn't been turned on since I got it. Of course it had a temporary crisis, hence the new purchase.

Hubby has since fixed it--but I prefer the laptop.

I definitely use my laptop more.

I use both about equally now. My desktop may be on more, but it sits running as I do things around the house most of the time.

I admit, my cell phone gets a lot of usage too for internet and a few other things while I am out and about. I more or less only use that now while on vacation (see the other could be used ;))

All desktop at home but Work all Lap.

I also use my PSP when traveling some along with my Blackberry and cell to boot.

Laptop! My work just gave me a new one and I love it.

We don't even have a desktop anymore.

Laptop at work and at home.

Laptop.
I usually only use the desktop if I want to print something out.

Laptop  I think everybody should own one, much easier on the back :teeth:

I only have a desktop, so obviously I chose that lol...but my boyfriend will be giving me his laptop soon since he hardly ever uses it, so I'll probably be using that more. :)

I use my laptop all the time.

It sits on the kitchen table, and therefore it's very convient to use.

If I used our tabletop, I would be down in my DH's office to far away from my children.

desktop.
I don't like the laptop keyboards.

I only use a laptop. When I bought it I was considering getting a small and simple one to travel with and my friend had just gotten one. I realized it had everything and more that my old desktop had and cost only a little more than I had planned on spending. It just made more sense to get the bigger laptop and eliminate the desktop. No regrets.

I prefer the desktop. I used to have a laptop, but since I take it to the room, the living room, the dining room.. well the plug in where the cord goes, got loosen and I accidentally stepped on it when I put it on the floor next to my bed and then that next morning, I jumped out of bed and cracked my monitor.

I think I am better of with the desktop. I have had this for 3 years now.. and it is still working great! No problems there!

I only have a desktop, so not much of a choice for me.

I love my laptop, with wireless internet I can take it anywhere with me. [Even the bathroom. ]

I have both, but since I got my laptop, I ignore my poor old desktop-I think I've used it twice in the past 14 months since I bought this one(laptop).

The desktop is used by the kids mainly now, and DH to do all his Ipod/iTunes stuff on.

We have both , but I primarly use the laptop and love it!

The desktop is for the kids and all their IPOD programs/downloads.
