Hi everyone! Thanks for stopping by! I just want to let everyone know that I'm eating until I get full. Although I have slipped up a missed a few breakfasts on a couple of days, I am in no way starving!!
Here's the rundown for yesterday:
B-Nutrigrain
L-Leftover quesidillas
S-Hard boiled egg
D-Raising Cane's 3 Large chicken fingers w/ a piece of toast.
Got all my water in yesterday and vitamins. Only did the cardio walking thing yesterday. The insides of my legs (in between the calves and shins) were killing me yesterday so I laid off thejogging. All and all, I did get 11,500 steps in total yesterday!. We were fairly busy at work!
Today as planned:
B-Nutrigrain bar
L-Subway
D-??
S- Going to see Hellboy tonight so hopefully I will resist the temptation of M&M's
Tonight is the night off from the gym.
I'll be back at it bright and early tomorrow, then the rest of the day doing yardwork.
Gadizlover: Aww! Thanks so much! The exercising is getting so addictive! I feel really bad when I take the day off, even though I know I'm supposed to. Official weigh in is tomorrow. Keep those fingers crossed for the new clippie!
Dax: I'd try to fax you some crawfish, but I'm afraid it may make the fax machine a little gooey!
Doreen: Thanks for your concerns! I'm eating until I feel "full" but not stuffed understand? I've reduced all my portion sizes but I'm still eating until I feel slightly full. I am going to try to be more diligent and not miss breakfast anymore though.
