Thanks everyone for the support! DH thought I was overreacting...I didn't think I was, so I'm glad you all agree (I will tell him my DIS "friends" agree with me 
) I wrote Disney an email through their site about it, but have still not received a reply. I did end up telling a CM about the last guy that was being rude, but I don't think she did anything and I ended up leaving the are because he was bugging me (and ME being the non-smoker should not have to LEAVE an area because someone IS smoking!)
