Design Studio Question

Good Morning Everyone!!! I have some questions about Design Studio. I tried to use it for the first time last night and it's not working correctly. I originally put it on my laptop at Christmas when I got it from DH and it seemed to be working correctly, but then we had problems and had to get the laptop wiped clean and obviously Design Studio had to go. I hooked it up last night, and had some problems getting everything to update. I did all my updates before cutting, but then it kept saying that my Cricut could not be found. Then after unhooking everything and hooking it back up again, my image cut, but it cut it wrong. What am I doing wrong?!?!!? I'm 99.99999% it is user error. Has anyone experienced this with their Design Studio??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I'm honestly not sure how to fix DS. I always ask over on cricut.com...the girls (and guys) are amazing over there and can generally help fix the problem.

I *think* this might be the problem. You can only have DS on one computer. Since you had to wipe your laptop & reinstall it, it thinks you are trying to use it on another computer, and that's why it's not working. I know others have had that problem in the past, and they've had to call Provocraft & have them work it out.

I still think you should ask your question on the Cricut board (there's a separate section for DSS.) People are very helpful there.
