Design Request

I don't remember where I saw this, but was wondering if someone could possibly design something similar to this description?
3 small white Mickey head ornaments going straight across the chest, hanging from little green wreaths with the words Walt Disney World (also in white print) beneath.
If anyone has time/desire I would be so appreciative. Thanx!
