Design request!!! Please Help!!!

I was hoping that someone could make some numbers for me that I could use as table numbers at my wedding. It's coming up in three weeks so I'm running out of time!

I would like something elegant looking but maybe with a black mickey head icon attached to the numbers or something similar.
