design request: chip and dale cuties

my neice saw a picture of all the disney cuties, and she fell in love with the chip and dale cuties.does anyone have any deisgns with this on it?

if not is someone up for a design request. all i really know is that she wants the chip and dale cuties, her name is madison and her favorite color is blue(not a necessary color but in case it works out)
