Design help/ideas needed...

My family and I will be attending the 9/9 MNSSHP. It's gonna be hot and humid (obviously) so I really don't want to do costumes. I was thinking along the lines of orange and black t-shirts (3 of each, since there are 6 of us) with some sort of personalized Halloweeny design.

Any thoughts/ideas?
