Well, we were suspose to leave this morning for The Fort but alas the best laid plans and all that. I was looking forward to the trip and and taking a lot of pictures of all the construction, now it won't happen until the end of May. We have our 5th grandchild due in a few weeks so I hope that will take the sting out of it.

Sorry to hear that, every time someone can't go to the Fort, it's bad for oue economy too. I know that really sounds lame,,but if you think about it ,,thats a fact.
Not to mention your fun and the pics we'll miss out on !!!

But congratulations on the new grandbaby coming, now thats some kind of special ! And we'd enjoy pics of him her too !!

That's the nice thing about a baby...you know you have a 50% of guessing what you're getting and even if you're wrong it's still cute.

Hey Bob, they're cute kids! Getting another one of them will certainly take the sting away from your cancelled trip. Hope you get to plan that May trip in the meantime.

They are cute, after the drive. My granddaughter, I call her Sissy(Bailey)called me last week right after I made the reservation and asked "when are we going to Disneyworld?" I think she knows me better than my DW does, she knows its been a couple months since we were there and she knows PopPop will be wanting to go again. Lucky for me I hadn't told her and it was ok to tell her it would be a while yet, but I did have to go through all the pictures of the pool construction for her. She told me I would have to wear a shirt in the pool because I was "chubby" haaaaa the nerve of a 4 yr old. Ya gotta love em!

So sorry to hear about your postponed trip! That is such a bummer. In the mean time, dream about taking another little one to that magical place for the very first time!!!!!!
