Deposit to hold a room...canceling?

What is the current policy if I book a room or package with Disney and then cancel? Is it still 100% refundable if canceled a certain number of days out? 45 days from arrival is what I think I remember...but not sure.

Room only is refundable 6 days or more prior to arrival.
Package has a fee less than 45 days. $200?

For a room only the policy reads "notification of cancellation must be received 5 days prior to your arrival date."
 
If your package includes insurance, you can get a full refund of the $200 deposit prior to your final payment date. After that, there's a cancellation fee which depends on how close to your departure date you cancel. If your package includes insurance, prior to final payment, you receive the $200 deposit minus the cost of the insurance.

Room only is 5 days prior.
