Deposit Question

When you book reservations through WDW and you are using one of the package specials that are available. What is generally the deposit amount? This is all new to me. By the way I really enjoy all the information I have been able to get from everyone. You are a great group of people.

Hi doxdogy!

The deposit requirement depends on what you are booking.

If you are booking a ROOM ONLY reservation through CRO the deposit is equal to one-night's stay (plus tax) and the balance is due at check in.

If you are booking a PACKAGE reservation through Disney Travel the deposit is $200 with the final payment due 45 days in advance.

If you are booking a DISNEY CLUB reservation through Disney Travel the deposit is $100 with the final payment due 21 days in advance.

Different cancellation penalties apply for each reservation type as well.
