Deposit Due Notice

So last Friday I booked a stay under 3 separate reservations for 3 different resorts. It is pretty much impossible to get a reservation without putting down a deposit. I got confirmation of those 3 reservations and paid the deposit on those 3. And then later Disney sends me an email with the subject "The deposit is due for your Walt Disney World reservation". and lists a confirmation number that I do not recognize.

So first, this is impossible right, you cannot make a deposit without paying a deposit? I am wondering if this was due to a site glitch when the Gift of Magic discounts came out on Friday. I tried to make a reservation and when I went to finalize the purchase including my deposit, it would kick me back to the beginning. I finally had to wait a while and tried it again, and it worked the second time.

So curious if anyone else has experienced this? Should I ignore it or actually call about it? I have my actual reservations all linked to my MDE.

Why 3 different resorts?

It was originally a 2 resort split stay, but the availability during the week I was booking was not working out for a full 7-night stay so I had to find a 3rd resort to finish the full 7 nights.

It is possible to reserve without a deposit, if you book through a TA. Once the TA places a hold, they automatically send out deposit reminders. So it seems like an error on disneys part.
 
I tried calling but was on hold too long and had to get back to work. I will try when I get a chance later or else I suppose it will get cancelled tomorrow anyway. I was more curious if this kind of thing happened a lot especially when the booking web page started to glitch. Hoping it will not affect the reservations I have where I did pay the deposits.

It should not. If the reservation was put on hold without a deposit and has a different confirmation number than any of your bookings. It should be automatically cancelled.
