Deposit and Final Payment

I just know this answer is somewhere but I can not seem to find it. I totally forgot to ask it while on the phone booking our 5 night stay at RPR 2/28/11-3/5/11. Any hoo, I put my deposit down but when do you make your final payment? When you get there?

I am just super excited!

If you booked room only then you pay when you get there for the rest of your hotel nights. You can always request a form to prepay from the accounting department if you wish.

It is room only. We bought our tickets last year during the $99 tickets for 7days.

You can also send payments thru loews. I booked our hotel(rpr) in Feb 10 for
our stay in Oct. I sent checks whenever I could, and actually had overpaid
a little so on checkout they owed me money.
It makes paying for the vacation a little easier spread out over several months.

This is the address I sent payments to.(You can call to make sure)

They told me to include Res#, which hotel and dates on the checks.

Check in and check out went smooth and since we did not want the charging
privilages no need for a c.c on account.

You will pay for your stay on Checkouyt day, either by CC that is on account, or you can go and do checkout at the checkin desk ,and settle your account. I usually let it go through on CC, saves having to queue to pay.
Like others said, if you phone reservations, they will send you an Advanced Payment Declaration form =APD, and fill in your reservation number - hotel- and how much you want to pay, and fax it back to them. I have been doing this for a few years, and never had any problems, usually have stay paid plus extra for meals and spends.
