dependable sit down walk in restaurants

So, you don't have a PS. And you are hungry. But you really want a waitress to bring you food. What restaurants have you discovered that are easier to walk in. I know that over Easter week you have to be lucky where ever you go, but I'm looking for best bets

We like Marrakesh for this - almost never a wait.

We've found that Biergarten is good for "walking up" although it is buffet style...............The seating area is so big........

But you do still have a wait person bringing you your Becks beer.....

Other than that, I can't really remember 'walking up' and having much luck..............

I feel really odd, but we have never used PS. Ever. We always went in September and just never had any problems anywhere.
