Departure Help Needed please

Staying at POFQ
Leaving 9/13 at 615 PM flight time
Flying United airline on way home
Not using ME. Using car service round trip

I'm confused and need to know if this plan of attack for departure is correct. please help!

night of 9/12 call the number and pay our luggage fees via credit card. the morning of 9/13 take our luggage to the RAC desk. They will check us in online and keep our luggage right? Leave our carryon bags with the bell desk for the day. Head to a park.... back to our hotel for the 4 pm car service pick up.grab carry ons from the bell and off we go with our driver. Head to security and pick bags up at our final destination...

Is this all correct? We have never had a late flight and done a park on departure day. Also never used a car service...

Sounds like you've got it. I have paid my checked baggage fees the night before but some have reported being able to do it right at the RAC counter. I would ask the RAC people when you pass by at some point during your stay.
Otherwise, you've got it. Be sure to allow plenty of time to get those carryon bags from Luggage Assistence. It seems that if you're pressed for time, that's the time it takes them forever to find your bags in the storage room. Leave plenty of time and it takes 'em under a minute. Go figure!!

What time would you think I should be a the park bus stop?.. it will be HS back to POFQ
need to ride bus back to hotel and pick up carry on bags from the bell desk. And ready for our car ride at 4 pm...

In order to be all set to go, for 4pm, you need to be back at POFQ by 3:30. Someone 'always' has to make that last minute run to the gift shop!!! So, that means you need to be at the POFQ bus stop at DHS by 2:45ish. You may get right on a bus, which will make you early, but then again, you may have to wait up to 20 mins....which will get you to the resort by 3:30.
so much better to be early.
