Is it possible to disembark in Copenhagen the first day it arrives? It looks like airfare is crazy the day we actually disembark and there is enough of a price difference to make me want to leave the first day we arrive? Do you know who I would call to find out. Thanks!

The answer is yes I can as long as I check with Guest Services. Good news as it would cost me about $1000 in airfare and a hotel stay (or a very long wait) just to stay the extra day. I don't have to rush off the ship because it is an afternoon flights so I still get some time before I leave. And, thankfully I have been to Copenhagen before.

The answer is yes but definitely call DCL. My friend and travel agent had disembark on my WBTA 2014 cruise a few days early at one of our ports before we arrived at our final destination in Puerto Rico because he had a commitment to be someplace else and needed to catch a flight.

Thanks, I did call and I did check and they said it was okay to leave as long as you let them know. Part of me wants to squeeze every minute out of a cruise so I'm a touch disappointed, but I'm still getting 14 glorious days and a very relaxing morning the day I leave before my flight.

I found round trip air from Copenhagen to the states at a very reasonable price. I may miss my return flight, but oh well. It's better than missing the last cruise day.
