I have an appt. for tues morning. I had to cancel because my sitter fell through. I called today (friday) and the office was closed. I did not realize they were closed on Fridays. I left a message, but the office is closed monday (holiday) and they will not get the message until tues morning at 9:00when they open (and my appt. time).

Will they charge me? We are supposed to cancel 24 hrs in advance, which I did, but technically they will not get the message until tues morning.
 
IMHO, they will play the messages on Tuesday a.m. and listen and note that your call came into the office to cancel the Tues appt on FRIDAY.

I am sure they will not charge you.
 
With 4 days until your appt. any chance you can find an alternate sitter by then? Either way, hope it works out for you.
