Deni Mentioned a Nail in the Cement?

Deni mentioned on a podcast that when she first went to DL she was taken on a tour around Main Street and was shown a "finishing nail" that had fallen into the (then) wet cement and dried in it? Is this true? Does anyone know where to find it?
