Deluxe value season

I just got off the phone with CRO to get pricing at the Poly for next summer. My arrival date is July 5th, 2004. I asked the CM if this is concidered value season and she said no. She quoted $299.00 + 11.5% tax for a room only and no discount. When I looked on mousesavers.com, it says for 2004:

Value Season: January 1 - February 11; July 5 - September 29; October 31- December 19

Which one is correct (CRO or mousesavers.com)?

That is the value season rate. According to disney.com, the value season rate for 2003 for garden view is $299, regular season is $344. Most resorts are not raising rates for 2004 on standard rooms, so that sounds right. The cm may be getting confused because the value & moderates do not go to value season until late August. But when she pulled up the rates in the computer by the date, it looks like she gave you the value season rate.

Thanks DebbieB. I got confused when the CM said it wasn't, but it is the lowest rack rate at the Poly. I hope they offer AP rates this time next year. Too far away to tell, though.
