Deluxe Room Decorations

We've stayed in several value and moderate resorts over the years and have always decorated the window(s) and door. This time we are lucky enough to be at the Poly. Does anyone do that there? Is it allowed?

We don't do this but just leaving Poly today and saw several doors in our hallway decorated as well as some of the sliders around property. We also saw this at Contemporary.

I was at WL earlier this month and a room across the hall had their door decorated with some kind of banner. As a fellow guest, it's not something I like, but apparently the lodge is ok with it.

If staying in the DVC portion it is not allowed, per DVC rules.
