Does any of the deluxe resorts have playgrounds? I've noticed that the Caribbean Beach has a few jungle gyms (seen in pictures) and I think I've seen one at the Dolphin but does any other resorts have children's playgrounds. My DS loves the slides! Just a nice feature to have a resort.

I'm not going to stay at a moderate just for a jungle gym, but would love to know if any of the deluxe resorts might have one???

Thanks,
Mare

AKL has a little playground with 2 or 3 slides. It is outside and also has a little sand pit.

POFQ had a nice playground. However it was out in the beating hot sun and DS (4) never went on it because everything was too hot to touch. We were there last week of September.

We've used the playground at the Contemporary and seen one at the Boardwalk.

Wilderness Lodge has one on the beach.

The Polynesian and Grand Floridian do NOT have playgrounds (they have little water play areas by the pool).

It is a nice feature, it's a shame not all of the resorts have them. Sometimes you need to get the little ones some time to run around and have fun.

and FYI, the little Playground they put in across from Winnie the Pooh in the Magic Kingdom is nice for the little ones.

Thanks, I think we're leaning towards the Beach Club or Boardwalk Inn - good to know they have them there. I just hate when they say "playground" and they consider the pool's waterslide a playground. I searched the whole Poly for a playground and they told me the "water play area" - well to a child that's not a playground! :)

Anyone have a picture of the playgrounds at the Beach Club or Boardwalk?

Thanks ksc37 for the info - I sort of understand Poly not having one (thinking of when it was built), but for GF not to have one - that does not make sense to me

Wilderness Lodge has one, but my 5yo said it was boring, and it did look boring. Coronado Springs has a very nice one.

CSR does have a nice playground - especially the fans that sprayed water according to my DS#1
