Deluxe Resort Amenities

I have a question for those of you who have stayed at several deluxe resorts: are there any resorts, besides the Grand Floridian, that offer "real" shampoo & conditioner as hotel amenities? Until this past trip, I had only stayed at the GF and the All Stars, so I just assumed that the difference in amenities was the difference between value & deluxe. But on this trip, we stayed at the GF, WL, and AKL together, and Andy stayed with his best man at the Contemporary, and all of the deluxes besides the GF had the same watery "Shampoo/Conditioner" that the value resorts have, that leaves a sticky film on one's hair.
We are thinking about either the Boardwalk Inn or the Yacht Club for our next stay, and I was just wondering whether they are like the GF in offering actual shampoo with a separate conditioner, or whether they too have the "Shampoo/Conditioner".
Thank you!

We stayed at the BC last year & had the shampoo/conditioner combo. We always bring our own shampoo & keep the bottles they give us to bring home for my nieces & nephews, so it isn't a problem for us.

We never use any of the shampoo provided by the resorts. All of it is cheap and leaves my hair a mess. Bring your own and then you won't have to worry about it. I do know that the WL has the same shampoo/conditioner and mickey face soaps that the CBR does.

I know OKW & BWV have the same Mickey shampoo that the moderates do. I always bring it home for my nieces and use my own shampoo.

We stayed at the Swan Club Room in June and got shampoo AND a separate conditioner - very nice. The brand name escapes me though.

Just stayed at YC - same combo shampoo/conditioner as POR.
We did get a shower cap and hand cream. Nothing special.

What I always do save old shampoo and conditioner bottles right before vacation and then fill them with the amount I think will be needed for the trip. When you leave, just throw them out and you get more luggage space for souveniers. I was at the BC last year and they had the combo only. They are cute Mickey bottles though I wouldn't use them.

While, I agree that the Mickey bottles are very cute, I don't use the Shampoo/Conditioner either at the Resorts...I bring my own. I used it the first time we stayed at Disney and it gave me "static cling" for the whole day! LOL...Pert Plus does the same thing to my hair...so now I just bring my own! :)

I thought you guys would get a kick out of this. I spent a few days staying in the largest suite at the YC -- the Captains Deck Suite. Guess what kind of amenities I got for my $$$$$ -- click here to see the answer (they're located behind the cute washcloth bunny).
