Deluxe plan mugs

We are using the deluxe plan with the mugs, but how do you get the mugs, do you get them at check in, or are you given a voucher for them, I see it listed on the paper work, but there is not seperate voucher?

Your card shows that you have the Deluxe Plan, so you should be able to take it to the drink place and they will scan your card.

That's exactly how it works. After we checked in and got our cards, we went to the cafeteria at Pop, I picked up 3 mugs off the shelf, went to the cashier and she scanned my card. On your KTTW card it will show 3 mug "credits" just like meal credits or snack credits.
