deluxe hotel w/ annual pass

If you are staying 7 nights in a deluxe during peak season, w/ a park hopper, does an annual pass save you any money?

It all depends on what type of AP rate is being offered. It seems that the only thing being offered these days is the Best Rate program. If you already have Park Hopper passes, I doubt you'd save enough money to make it worthwhile to buy an AP. If you want to PM the specific info (dates, room choice, number of people and rooms) I can sign on to the AP site and check what the Best Rate price would be.

We stayed at WL in June with an AP rate of $165 per night...I bought the AP for this purpose...NO FLAMING PLEASE...but there were 8 of us going and I needed 3 rooms. It was worth it to us. Only bought 1 AP and the rest were regular Park Hopper tickets. This was all before the BR program started. Made ressie's in September before I went. Now with having the AP I am able to go back again in January. So it has made it sooo worth it...

When I get the AP for hotel discounts, I end up going on far more trips than I normally would have, so the discount ends up evening itself out

Why would anyone flame you? You're allowed multiple rooms on an AP, right? At least I know we used to be allowed that. Sounds like this was a good investment!
