Deluxe dining ?

I am thinking about upgrading my dining plan to the deluxe dining plan. My question is can I do 1 ts credit for breakfast,qs for lunch and then ts for dinner. Here is a list of the adr's I alraeady have made:

Akershus
coral Reef
Whispering Canyon Cafe
Cape May Cafe (B.D)
Crystal palace
1900 Park Fare
Sci Fi
Boma
Jiko
Tusker House
California Grill
Chef's Mickey's

Should I upgrade to the deluxe or should I just keep my DDP. Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks in advanced.

With the DxDDP each person receives 3 meal entitlements per night of your stay. You can use these however you want through the length of your stay. For example, one day you can use 1 for a table service breakfast, 1 for a counter service lunch, and 1 for a table service dinner.

You are not stuck with having to use all 3 meal credits per person each day either. You could use 2 one day and 4 another day if you want to dine at a Signature restaurant. Its up to you how you want to use them during your stay.

We also like to use snack credits for breakfast a few days. You could get a cinnamon roll or yogurt cup or a variety of other things for breakfast using snack credits.

You have 2 Signature restaurants on your list, Jiko and California Grill. Those would take 2 meal credits each.

With the list you have for your meals, you might consider upgrading to the DxDDP depending on the length of your stay. If you have one ADR per day then the regular DDP could be ok but if you plan on dining at multiple table service restaurants each day the DxDDP would give you more options.

Yes, you can use the dining credits to your liking. However, I you get more value if you use your credits at Table service lunches and dinners.

It won't work for everyone. First timers at disney may want to do a 1 TS breakfast and then 2 credits on a signature dinner to save time and have more time in the parks.

I've been to disney several times and I like the deluxe dp, so I planned some days with 1TS for bfst, 1 TS for lunch and 1TS for dinner. Other days I have 1TS for bfst and 2TS for a signature dinner or sometimes no bfst and just 1 TS for lunch and 2 TS for dinner.

Like I said, you can use the credits however you want, but I prefer using them to get the best value.
