We are going in October first time on site and with Deluxe Dining! What I was wondering was if anyone has been clever enough to design a spreadsheet or similar that could be used to plan out how best to use the credits at all that they wouldn't mind sharing?

Hope no-one minds me asking but spreadsheets are not my forte!LOL And I need to start planning ADR's. We are hoping to do a few 2 credit restuarants such as Cinderellas Royal Table, Hoop De hoo, The Yaughtsman, California Grill so would be good to be able to plot how many credits we would be using somewhere.

Thanks guys

I found it really easy to track my credits without having to put them into a spread sheet. You get 3 TS a day per person X the number of nights in your stay. Calculate your total per stay. Then write up your planned ADRS and tally the total.

I am sure there are some spreadsheet folks who can help you with that. It's very simple if you are doing the signature ADR's.

Anyway - I loved the DxDP. So many great places to eat, so little time.

Have fun!

I just did my reservations for our trip in may. I am staying for 7 nights, so that is 21 credits. First I figured out all the dinners I wanted (and 4 of them are signatures with 2 credits). I planned a dinner for every night, and a lunch for everyday. Then I counted how many credits I had left, and filled in a few breakfasts. We normally dont do a ton of park hopping with the deluxe plan...since you spend so much time at all the meals. We try to keep all the meals in the same area (like my MK days I keep in the MK or monorail hotels). Some of the days we didnt schedule a breakfast, but with so many snack credits I didnt think we needed one everyday. We plan on getting some fruit and a bagel with the snacks, and using our refillable mugs to get some coffee. I hope that helps!

I did alot of planning and thought into the DDP. I wrote down all of the meals we wanted and how many credits they are worth. Then I looked over the menus and tried to figure out what DH and I would order (he's picky so it was easy to choose for him), and I figured out about what our bill would be for each rest. I didn't include the quick service, who would waste a TS credit on that if you're doing signature meals. Then which ever the more expensive TS meals I used the credits toward. Takes some time but worth saving the extra money.
