Does anyone know if it's possible for a family of 3 to share the deluxe dining for two? We hear its a whole lot of food.

I don't believe you can do that unless the third person is too young to be on the dining plan. Everyone is your room is required to be on the same dining plan.

You have to be staying at a Disney resort to get this plan and you have to buy it for everyone in your room who is over the age of 3.

And also, it really is A LOT of food. My wife and I are both chubby girls that like our food and after two or three days we were both dreading meal times because we felt like we were still full from our last meal. A couple of times we even threw away desserts that we had taken with us. We were too full to eat it at the restaurant but by the time we were hungry enough to eat them, it was time for another meal. It's obscene. Don't do it.

The only time we did the meal plan, we stayed on-site for a few days when it was free dining and then moved to a timeshare for another week. We used all our leftover credits on the last day and had a refrigerator full of food to eat. No way we could have eaten it all while we were there.
