Deluxe Dining - actual dinner TIMES

Seems that the distinction between a TS lunch, and a TS dinner is simply the time of day. Is there a set time that constitutes dinner, but does it differentiate between 'lunch' vs ' dinner'? Also is there a list of TS restaurants only that accept the DDP along with the times & credit details for each somewhere on this board?

Disney has migrated most restaurants to a single menu for long NIH and dinner.
