Am I right in thinking that only the Poly, CR and some GF, YC, BC and BW rooms have daybeds? We have stayed at the Poly numerous time and once at WL and AK and know that two last two do not have daybeds but they do offer bunk beds. We have two little ones (right now they are 1 & 2) so bunk beds aren't really an option at this point.

Thanks in advance! :goodvibes

You are correct.....all rooms at the Poly and CR have daybeds and most (but not all) rooms at the GF have them. WL and AKL do not have daybeds but do have bunkbeds. I think all rooms at the BWI have daybeds, but I'm not 100% certain on that. Hopefully someone will come along to confirm it. And the YC/BC is hit or miss....some have them and some don't. HTH :flower3:.

Thanks for the help. :goodvibes

Still trying to figure out what will be the best resort if the whole family goes next trip. We were leaning towards YC, but if the daybed isn't standard we might have to rethink things..

You're welcome :). I do understand how you feel. We are wanting to try the YC, but the chance of not getting a daybed is an issue for me. We are a family of 4 so the daybed isn't a necessity per say, but after trying the Poly a few years ago, it was so nice having that extra bed. We have 2 teens and they are past the stage of sharing a bed, so the daybed comes in very handy and now it's hard to book a resort without it. Good luck deciding and happy planning :wizard:.

The multiple bed situation has been plaguing us for a little while. And it sounds like you are in the same boat! We love the Poly, but really wanted to try something different. CR while nice looking really isn't our style. My husband jokes and calls it the airport resort. Ugh. They really need more daybeds! :) We are actually thinking about renting DVC points and maybe trying one of the suites. Decisions, decisions!

Good luck to you, too!! :goodvibes

I agree.....all deluxe resorts should have daybeds ::yes::. We love the WL and have stayed there twice and really want to stay there again, but not having a daybed is making it tough for me to make that move. The Poly is our favorite resort, but we do like to try different resorts from time to time. We stayed at the GF last December and were given a dormer room without a daybed. I kindly asked to be moved to a room with a daybed and they were great and accommodated us :goodvibes......but that's not something I can count on every time :rolleyes1. We feel the same way about the CR. I would like to stay there for maybe a night or two to try it out, but we don't care for the theme/decor and wouldn't be happy there for 7 or 8 days. It's great that Disney has so many options for everyone's taste, but it makes it that much harder to make a decision. I hope you can make a decision you're happy with. I keep going back and forth between resorts for our July trip and still haven't made a concrete decision yet :sad2:.
