Delta Question - Should I Worry

Hopefully

We have our October flights on Delta. They have already changed the flight times several times, and I always check the itinerary every weekend (at least) to check for changes. We have 2 confirmation numbers - 1 ticket was on mileage points and has its own confirmation number.
I was unable to get to the itinerary page related to my frequent flyer account all day yesterday. I got a message that it was unavailabe and to try later. I tried several times over the course of the day.
I tried again this morning with the same result.
Then I decided to try the second confirmation number, which is the 1 free ticket. I got right in with that confirmation number.
Should I be worried that I can not view the other 3 tickets on the primary confirmation number?
TIA.

You'd probably get your very best answer by calling Delta directly. :goodvibes

Well the Delta website does indeed suck but I was able to access the "My Itineraries" page all day yesterday. Call Delta to make sure there are not any problems with the reservation and also to make sure your SkyMiles number is still listed in the reservation.

I would not think you should have to worry. If nothing else just call Delta. They changed you flights in October several times as well. Then They even added a later flight (5pm) on the day we are leaving. I was able to go to the Delta Ticket counter at the airport (I work for the airport) and they said since they change the flight times they could book us on the later flight out of MCO for free.

If you haven't already done so, I would link your reservations. If unlinked, there is no record that they belong to people who want to travel together, so, if any changes are made, there is no guarantee that the same changes will be made to both reservations.

Oh, and I'd call Delta to see why you haven't been able to check the one reservation.

I've had the same problem with my current Aug. flight. Our problem is because our flight to MCO is on NWA and the return is Delta. When you click on the "my itineries" click on other choices and you will be given other choices to use to check on your flights. I just use my e-ticket number and all our reservations and seat assignments come right up.
