If Delta reduces a price on a fair after I buy the tickets will they provide a refund? I thought I had read this somewhere.

Tried that, Delta wanted to charge a reissue fee ($50) per person and the difference was only $60. Definitely not worth it in my case. Good luck.

No they will not issue a refund.
