Delta operated by Chautauqua airlines ?

We are flying Delta (operated by Chautauqua airlines) in a couple of weeks and a friend recently returned from WDW and was unable to do the resort check-in because she was flying Delta (operated by Freedom airlines). Will I be able to use the resort airline check-in? I booked my flights on Delta's web site but it is operated by Chautauqua airlines? Has anyone else had this happen?

We flew Delta operated by Chutauqua out of Louisville a couple of weeks ago and had no problems with airline checkin on our return flight. All of our documents said Delta on them.
