I currently have a reservation for October. I noticed the prices had come down, so I called to get my voucher as I have heard several people do. They said you can't do this on internet purchases!!

Has anyone heard of or had experience with this? I think it is very unfair. Had I known ahead of time I would have booked by phone.

I always grab the tickets for piece of mind (and never used to think about them again until I found these boards!) This time I figured I'd grab them and keep checking. I was hoping to get a voucher since we have a trip planned for Jan.

Is there anything I can do?

You cannot get a refund of the fare difference when the newly reduced fares are only available for purchase online. See Delta's website for all the restrictions.
