Delta no longer direct Providence to Orlando

Thanks to this board I decided to call Delta this morn and find out what's going on with our Nov trip. And they proceeded to tell me that it is still Delta, hasnt been changed yet. But no longer direct to Orlando. We now have 1hr stop in Atlanta both coming & going. Checked on rates and they didnt go down (surprise, surprise). Made sure we had 3 seats together, asked for window. Also had them email me confirmation of this new change.

I just booked delta direct for the middle of june, 175/person. Tues to tues.

I just checked my reservation out of PVD the 18th of this month,still direct. When song takes over I'll have to go out of Boston. Checked yesterday for my January trip. Not much to choose from $210.00 PP direct. Not bad but not like leaving from PVD. Damn terrorists, I blame them for all these changes.

Delta Express stops flying by the end of summer. I am going in Oct. with my son and daughter-in-law(who works for Delta out of PVD) Song should be in place by then, they are just not taking reservations yet. She has told me to wait to book our flights until August.
