Delta flight changes

just a FYI, in case it might affect others.

We had a nice trip planned for February, with non-stops from New Orleans to LAX. Got there by 9:30am, and we were able to leave LAX a few days later at 6:00pm.

Well, DELTA decided to revamp their schedule (not sure if it's Nationwide, or just regional changes). They decided to put us on a flight that got us out to LAX after 2pm, and leaving LAX at 11:30 am (on different days).

Now, we have to completely rebook our Disney trip - I've had to change days on the flights, and now I have to rebook the Hotel and ticket portion for Disney. ARRRRGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

Hope this doesn't affect too many other people.

i think you should be able to cancel without penatly and rebook it with another flight, unless your a delta traveller...

I hate it when airlines do that! My last trip, in May, United changed our flights a couple times. Twice they had us missing our connection. Things like flying into San Fransisco at 6pm, and leaving there at 5:45. Yeah, that can happen! It was a headache to keep up with it. The trip before that our departure was bumped up a couple of hours. There was a reason I didnt pick the 6:30 am flight and wasnt happy to be forced into taking it!

Delta is notorious for changing flights.

Alaska Air changes my flight also. One time they left a message on my machine telling me that my flight would be leaving in 45 min
