Delta ecredit amount not showing up?

So I cancelled my delta flight. My eCredit is showing in my wallet, but not the amount. Says ops and something about they cannot show the amount to call to book a flight . Anyone have this problem?

Mine showed up until I used it. Either email or call them.

I had that problem in the spring, when we cancelled our May flights. I called and they were able to locate and apply my credit with no issues.

Did you have to make your reservation on the phone or did they get it to show up on the app?

They made my reservation using the credit via phone.
