I changed my flights about 5 weeks ago and the agent said that I would be receiving a confirmation letter in the mail. Fast forward.... I still haven't received anything. Should I be worried? We leave in 3 weeks. Thanks!

If you have etickets you should be able to view your reservation online. Don't usually receive anything in the mail.

I can check my reservations, but all that is listed is my confirmation number, flights, and seat numbers. Should there be more? If I print that page off, will that be enough to show the ticket agent? This is only my 2nd time flying so I'm fairly new at this. Thanks! :sunny:

I have never had an airline even ask for my confirmation papers. All they want is my name and they look it up in their system. I would think as long as you have the confirmation number you will be fine.
That said, I recently changed a flight with delta over the phone but I had them email me a confirmation. It was in my email by the time I got off the phone.

Actually, you don't need anything for the ticket agent except for a photo ID. All your info is in the computer.

If you are unsure. Call Delta and ask the CS to email you the confirmation. I have them do this and Print out to bring with me. I just give to the luggage person at the sidewalk and Off I go with all my tickets and kids.

Have a great trip.

I may just do that. Thanks! :wizard:
