Delta Airlines - Question?

We've had the departure times for our Disney flights changed twice, both approximately 10-15 minutes each way. Do we retain the seats that we originally chose and they confirmed? Currently, the website states that the seats haven't been confirmed, but there's no way of checking or reserving new seats. I must admit, I'm a bit confused?

You need to call the 800 number and get new seat assignments. You cannot do it online. Since Delta lets you reserve so far in advance, there will be flight changes. (And, lots of other airlines do this).

Thanks. :)

Our August flight (booked in February) changed a few times, by several minutes each time. The flight numbers stayed the same. I kept meaning to call and get our e-tickets reissued but never got around to it. (The web site also said our seats were "not confirmed".) In June, I got an e-mail from Delta stating our time changes. Now when I pull up my itinerary on the web site, it gives the new times and our original seat assignments.
Hopefully, it won't change again.

Thanks. I'll wait and see what happens. We're not flying until November so I imagine that I'll see a couple of more changes. Thanks again. :)

This has happened to our Delta flight that we booked a couple of months ago (we fly in Sept.) Each time the flight time changes (by only minutes) our seats are unassigned. I have called the Delta 1-800 number each time to reassign them. When I called just the other night to have them reassigned for the 4th time I asked if I really have to do this each time. The customer service rep. said that we should definitely have them reassigned each time. She said it is a simple thing on their part and it is in our best interest.

Hope your flight doesn't change too many more times!!:goodvibes

We just had flight times and flight number changes for next April. First of many I know. When I called they had reassigned seats for us (six of us) but they were not confirmed or something like that so they did not show up online. They gave us some terrible seats so I fixed them all with the Delta rep. and then went online and shuffled them around some. You should call them to make sure you get decent seats.

I had one trip to MCO change so many times I felt like I was on a first name basis with the Delta reps!!! Most told me that it was a good idea to call each time my seats got 'unassigned'. Had to call a few weeks ago for my Dec flight and now they've gone and changed again!! So, have to call today or tomorrow. But, the good thing is that the flight keeps changing to a later departure time..more time in WDW for me!!

Our September flights, booked in April, change times (and once even flight numbers!) about every 3-4 weeks. The funny thing is, we are now BACK to just about the same times we started with!:confused3
Each time, the seat assignments get "un-assigned" and I call to reconfirm them. They usually stay the same, but on one flight where we were pretty far back in the plane, the customer service rep moved us way up front! :cool1:

I called Delta Airlines and reconfirmed. Everything is fine right now, but I'll probably be calling again before we leave. Thanks everybody!
