Hi - This may be the wrong thread...sorry! Does anyone know of any place that delivers take out to POR? I am not a big fan of Disney pizza and wanted to know if we have any other options other than the food court.
Also, we have a car this trip...anyone have any recommendations for good eats close to the World?

I would take cs or ts to go. Keep it in your room fridge is you have leftovers.

Most of the pizza chains will deliver, but you have to go to the lobby to meet them (they won't come to your room with it for security reasons).

If you have a car, I would recommend exploring the SR535 area right outside Downtown Disney. Many of the locals call it Restaurant Row, and there are tons of places to eat in all price ranges, including Chili's, Chevy's Tex Mex, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Pizza Hut, Olive Garden, Pizzaria Uno, and TGIFridays. There are also some good restaurants on I-Drive between Sea World and Universal Studios (I love Ming Court!) and on Sand Lake Road west of I-Drive (Roy's is excellent, as is Seasons 52).

Flippers pizza delivers. Try the one at Old Town. They have a website and it's the obvious but it's a pizzeria so add that in. They also have sandwiches, calzone (build your own) and lots of specialty pizza and toppings to make your own pizza.

Actually, though, the Riverside pizza is my husband's and son's favorite pizza. When the two of them are together, we have to make a special trip over there just for the pizza.

we get papa johns pizza,every trip,,pizza hut will deliver to ,iv seen the cars. we go to the lobby out front to meet them,,its faster if you just go get it,,by the time they find the room im starved,,never any trouble at all.. at any resort we stayed at,,

Hi there! I'm a southjerseymom, too!
There are TONS of places to eat on 192, just a few minutes away! It's nice to drive around and get familiar with that area, also. Walgreens is right there, too.

If you are looking for pizza delivery, Dominos is right on 192 and they deliver. Of course you have to like Dominos pizza-my kids love it, my DH hates it.

I think the OP is asking for non-pizza items? Like chicken-fish-bbq that deliver.
