There is a thread in the Resort section of these boards....Shipping To & From WDW Resorts FAQ. We always ship a box ahead and then home. We try to have it arrive a few days ahead of our arrival since we checkin on Sundays and UPS does not deliver on weekends. Address with your name Hold for guest arrival and your arrival date and then c/o resort. Not sure if the business offices are open at all the resorts yet. They were not when we went in May so we used UPS in Celebration to ship our box home. Very concise info in the FAQ I mentioned.
