DH and I want to have some items delivered to our hotel (CSR) for our trip next month (can't believe I am saying next month now!! :cool1:).

I have read about WeGoShop and Garden Grocer on here. Any recs for either?

We won't be getting too many items delivered. WGS will charge us $25 for an order that is $50 - $100 and since I anticipate our order will be closer to $50, that is 50% and then they charge gratuity.

I read that GG marks up slightly, but their delivery charge is only $12 I think.

I would like to add a bottle of wine for myself and some beer for DH. I thought I read somewhere that GG will pick it up for you if you request it?

I am thinking GG makes more sense, but am I overlooking anything?

TIA!

I have used WeGoShop a couple of times and have never had any problems. They have been on time and courteous. I have not tried to order alcohol, but I would definitely suggest them.

:jumping1: Bump, bump. I, too, plan on ordering a delivery because we will be traveling with a two year old and will need diapers so I thought it would be easier to order them on line instead of packing them for airline travel/suitcase. I will also be ordering water, some snacks for the kids and fresh fruit.

Only way to go. I just placed my Garden Grocer order this weekend. :woohoo: I'm actually packing the liquor in the suitcase, but we're doing a box of the Daily's cocktails, so it's not a worry about breakage on the plane.

It kills me to spend $3 for a bottle of water in the parks. Even with the delivery fee, it works out to be a better deal when it comes to drinks. Plus, it's nice not to have to walk to the resort food court for every drink.

We've done Garden Grocer twice and been very pleased. In the process of scheduling it for our trip next week. They have a minimum $40 order, plus a $12.99 delivery fee and now a $2-3 gas surcharge. POFQ switched us to BC last year the morning of our arrival and I just called GG up and switched resorts over the phone and everything was waiting for us when we arrived.
