Deliveries to Windsor Hills

We have rented a condo at Windsor Hills for our upcoming trip. Which I am really looking forward to. I was wondering though if it is possible to have things delivered to Windsor Hills and if so what would happen if they delivered when you weren't there.

Is there somewhere they can leave the stuff, for us to pick up or will they just take it back again.

I would really like to organise a gift basket for our arrival for the kids, but don't really want to cart everything over from the UK to set it up for them when for half the price I can get someone to do it.

Also if we get a pizza etc delivered how much are we expected to tip the delivery person?

You can arrange gift baskets from http://www.disneyflorist.com/. They will do local deliveries. (I am not sure if WH, will accept the delivery though. Another idea would be to have them delivered to one of the WDW restraunts that you are eating at. I know that can be arranged.

As far as pizza delivery, we usually tipped $3-$5, depending on the size of the order.

We deliver quite often to Windsor Hills. We prefer to deliver directly to the individual homes. As I'm sure you know, the homes in Windsor hills are individually owned. We try to find a time when our Members will be in the home they've rented. There's no single rental agent for Windsor Hills and there's no central check-in desk. Renters pick up keys from various locations or are given codes to get into their home. There is a homeowner's assn office where it's possible to drop something off but they are only open during business hours.
