DelivEARS trouble?

Dh has been trying rather desperatley to get ahold of DelivEARS to get me a christmas gift. The first time he called they were out of the item, and told him to call back Tuesday.

He calls, gets the automated menu, goes through to where he needs to, but then instead of ringing or giving a busy signal, it just hangs up on him. It did this all day Tuesday, all day yesterday, and every time he's tried today as well. He tried on my phone too, to make sure it wasn't a problem with his, but it did the same thing.

Is anyone else having trouble, or know what the problem could be? He's tried 2 different numbers we found online (1 I got here, one he googled) and they both do this.

I just called to check the number for you and got a CM.

1-800-362-4533 option 1

They are now going by, "Disneyland Merchandise," as opposed to DelivEARS, but I confirmed that it was the same thing.

They're probably really, really, really, really, really busy this time of year. Depending on the type of phone system they have and how it's configured, a hangup may be the only thing it can do when there are too many callers.

I ordered a small gift for my wife today and had no problem getting a CM to talk to.

I had the same issue with the hang up last month when trying to order a disney dooney bag...
